Glen Little enjoyed three spells at Madejski Stadium, winning the Championship in one and reaching the play-offs in the other two. From a career that took off in Northern Ireland and travelled through the likes of Burnley, Portsmouth and Wrexham, we discussed a bright career on and off the pitch.

What’s your favourite Reading FC memory?
That was the simple question behind The Tilehurst End Podcast’s 200th episode, brought to you by Marc Mayo with the help of some returning favourites. Former Royals reporters Jonny Fordham and Charles Watts drop by to discuss their time on tour with the club, covering controversial takeovers and raving with Brynjar Gunnarsson. TTE founder Dan Wimbush explores the ecstasy of the 2012 title campaign and we’re joined by both Westy and Williams as Alan and Paul discuss the famous play-off win over Wigan in 2001 and the following year’s promotion season.
It goes without saying that we are hugely thankful to everyone who has helped get us over the double-ton line. From our guests over the years to the Patreon subscribers, the famous faces we’ve interviewed, to the band Violet Class for knocking together the cult classic Biscuitmen that we use as our theme tune, to Ben Greenwood for our graphics and - of course - to you.
We simpy wouldn’t do this show were there not people out there who wanted to listen to it. You have a passion for Reading FC, we have a passion for Reading FC. It’s a match made in heaven.
Please enjoy, leave a comment, follow us on social media, email your thoughts to thetilehurstend@gmail.com, subscribe on iTunes, PodBean and Acast and, most importantly of all, Cmon Urz!

Three months of hard work were flushed down the drain as Reading FC got off to a terrible start in the 2019/20 Championship, losing 3-1 to Sheffield Wednesday.
Jose Gomes’ tactics, decisions and selection come in for criticism on The Tilehurst End Podcast Episode 197, hosted by Marc Mayo with Alan ‘Westy’ West for company. However, there is room for perspective after the first of 46 league games this season.
The guys also talk through the Royals’ rush to get late deals over the line, with three major incomings due - one of which could cost £5million. That comes after the Mailbag with the trip to Hull the focus of Big Match Preview.

A huge thank you to everyone who has listened to the show this season, it’s been another year of flux at a club level and - somewhat less importantly - at a personal level and we wouldn’t be here if people didn’t want to listen in on our shenanigans.
